We are entering the final critical stages of planning for the 12th International Conference on Travel Behaviour Research organized by the International Association for Travel Behaviour Research (IATBR). It is not too late to make your plans to attend what is going to be an intellectually and culturally stimulating event. PLEASE COMPLETE IATBR2009 TRAVEL INFORMATION SURVEY

  
The conference organizers are finalizing all arrangements and logistics for the conference. To help them in the planning process, please complete this survey at your earliest convenience. Even if you have not yet completed all travel arrangements, please fill out the information to the extent possible and submit your survey as soon as possible. Hotel Accommodation Status

  
The hotel room reservations list is available on the website so that delegates can check the status of their hotel accommodation request. You must login using your valid username and password to access the hotel reservation list which will appear under the Logistics menu. This list will be updated on a weekly basis. Please check the list and email Lisa Macias at lisaweyant@mail.utexas.edu if there are any discrepancies.

IATBR2009 Registration Fee Payment

  
The deadline for early bird registration is upon us! Please remit your payment by September 15 to take advantage of the early-bird registration fee rates. After September 15, registration fee rates go up by $100 in all categories. We understand that some of you are having trouble with remitting payment by PayPal using the fee payment system set up on this website. We recognize the difficulty because PayPal sometimes rejects valid credit cards for no apparent reason. There is nothing we can do about this; it is just an issue with PayPal. Transport from Delhi (or Port of Entry) to Jaipur

  
Please note that all delegates are responsible for making their own travel arrangements from Delhi (or their port of entry) to Jaipur. CIM, the conference management company, will not make any travel arrangements to Jaipur. There will be an IATBR2009 Welcome Desk staffed by CIM at the Delhi Airport, but this desk will only help you transfer to the domestic air travel terminal or get a taxi to a hotel in Delhi if you need to stay overnight during the layover (prior to catching a flight to Jaipur). You should also make your own overnight hotel stay reservation in Delhi for the layover. Please make your own flight arrangements into Jaipur. Once you land in Jaipur, an IATBR2009 Welcome Desk will assist you with ground transportation to your designated hotel. We generally do not recommend making a bus/taxi journey by road from Delhi to Jaipur, especially at night. The preferred mode of travel for international delegates is air transportation. More...

All attendees must download and complete all details in the Accommodation Form available at this site. The form must be submitted to CIM who will then make the reservation as per the details specified in the form.
