The 12
th International Conference of the International Association for Travel Behaviour Research (IATBR) will be held
in Jaipur, India in December 2009.The IATBR Conference series is recognized worldwide as the
premier occasion for networking
with fellow travel behaviour researchers, sharing cutting-edge research and development through high-impact presentations, learning about the latest techniques in the field, and defining the research agenda for the profession. Following on the
successful series of past IATBR Conferences, the 12
th conference will serve as a venue to bring together researchers and practitioners from around the world who aim to understand, model, and measure travel behaviour, and who apply travel behaviour research methods to the development and evaluation of transport policies in a wide variety of economic, demographic, socio-cultural, and geographic contexts.

| We are entering the final critical stages of planning for the 12th International Conference on Travel Behaviour Research organized by the International Association for Travel Behaviour Research (IATBR). It is not too late to make your plans to attend what is going to be an intellectually and culturally stimulating event. The conference is scheduled to take place December 13-18, 2009 (just six weeks away!) at the Le Meridien Hotel in the royal City of Jaipur in the State of Rajasthan in India. Hotel Accommodation Status |

The hotel room reservations list is available on the website so that delegates can check the status of their hotel accommodation request. You must login using your valid username and password to access the hotel reservation list which will appear under the Logistics menu. This list will be updated on a weekly basis. Please check the list and email Lisa Macias at lisaweyant@mail.utexas.edu if there are any discrepancies.
Please note that the deadline for hotel room reservation requests is 31 October, 2009. |
