Please submit your full length manuscript by October 31, 2009 for inclusion in the conference e-proceedings that will be distributed on USB flash drive to all conference attendees at the registration desk. To submit your full length paper, login to your user account and click on "Author" in the User Home screen to bring up a list of your active submissions. Click on "Awaiting Upload" to get to the paper submission page. In the Paper Submission page, upload your manuscript file (Word document or PDF format only) to the website along with any other supplementary files that you may wish to provide.
All papers scheduled to be published in the conference book proceedings must be prepared according to the sample format document. In addition, authors who wish to have their full length manuscripts considered for publication in the conference book proceedings should prepare their manuscripts according to this format. Please review the specifications carefully and ensure that the paper is prepared according to the guidelines.
Authors who do not wish to have their papers considered for publication in the IATBR Book Proceedings, but would rather have their papers considered for journal special issues or other outlets, may use any established journal style/format for preparing their full length manuscripts. However, in the interest of uniformity, all authors are encouraged to format papers according to the specifications provided in the sample format document.
Submission of a full-length manuscript is not required for presenting your paper at the conference.
